Title: Business Development Manager
Duties: Plan, develop and execute company’s business development strategies, including the development and growth of the company’s base of business introducers and strategic partners (such as lawyers, accountants and financial advisors) both in the USA and in the UK. Develop and retain strategic partners and introducer sources in the US and the UK. Effectively communicate to strategic partners and introducers the company’s specialization in providing financial advice to UK expatriates relative to both UK and US pensions and investments. Hold responsibility for social media networking. Organize promotional events/seminars. Responsible for ‘early stage’ recruitment of financial advisors to help grow company’s financial advisor base. Develop a management information system to measure performance, improvement and to identify areas for performance improvement. Travel within the USA and to the UK.
Requires: 3 years experience in a position involving business development in the investment/financial advisory industry. Some travel within USA and to UK.
